Maria Kelly brings a wealth of expertise in business development, contract management, and program execution, having led high-value projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal agencies. With a track record of managing multi-million-dollar contracts and optimizing service delivery, she has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic business plans that drive efficiency and growth. As the company President, Maria performs and/or manages all company work to include business development, team execution and client delivery.

Shaun is a retired U.S. Navy Captain and banking executive with 35 years of executive leadership experience spanning enterprise operations, risk management, governance and large-scale transformation. He brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to solving complex problems, aligning stakeholders, building executable plans, and driving measurable outcomes across people, process, and technology. In addition to his consulting leadership, Shaun serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations, governance, and delivery quality. This ensures client engagements stay on track, risks are actively managed, and teams execute consistently against strategic objectives.
